Wix price

Wix is known for its versatile website builder and wide range of pricing plans, catering to various needs and budgets.
Years ago when the platform was in its infancy, I had a friend who had a Wix website and she needed my help in redesigning and SEOing it.
I enjoyed toying with it as it was intuitive and simple to use.
However, I didn’t find picking a plan as easy recently when I tried to.
Signing up and upgrading plans are confusing
The premium plans pricing is extremely confusing as the signup plan name you see when not logged in differ from when logged into your account dashboard.

The Free plan is perfect for individuals looking to experiment, but it comes with limitations, such as Wix-branded ads on your site.
The Combo Wix plan, ideal for personal use and small businesses, offers more features, such as ad removal, increased storage, access to premium apps, etc. All these at an incredible price.
The Unlimited and VIP plans cater to entrepreneurs and professionals who require more resources, priority support, and the budget to splash.
Squarespace price

Squarespace’s affordable monthly fees are structured around four plans:

I really love Squarespace Personal plan as it is suitable for individuals or small enterprises with a tight budget, and offers essential features and unlimited pages.
However, the Business plan, aimed at growing businesses, offers more perks, such as Google Workspace integration and the ability to sell products with a 3% transaction fee.
The Basic and Advanced Commerce Squarespace plans are geared towards online stores, with 0% transaction fees, customer accounts, and more advanced e-commerce features.
The Basic and Advanced Squarespace’s plans are perfect for businesses focusing on scaling their online sales.

Shopify’s pricing is primarily focused on e-commerce, with three main plans:

Selecting the plan with the right cost
After comparing each of the website and ecommerce platform prices, you might still be confused about which one to pick.
My recommendation is to consider the specific services and features you need before choosing a plan with Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Bigcommerce.
Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Bigcommerce each have their unique pricing plans and features.
Wix and Squarespace cater to a broader audience, with plans for both regular websites and online stores.
Shopify is the go-to choice for e-commerce, while Bigcommerce offers flexibility for businesses with varying sales volumes.
