Ranking blogs in micro-niches like DUI and domestic violence and then renting to law firms is highly profitable. At one point it was a bulk of my income, generating me 6 figures yearly.

If you go that route you need to have the expertise and good selling skills.

Building expertise in this field and selling to lawyers was easy for me because I was a legal marketing consultant for law firms when I worked at Thompson Reuters.
